Adenocarcinoma Cervix
An adenocarcinoma cervix, means cancerous cells are present, and would not be a venereal wart, but rather carcinoma in the cervical area.
These tumors can arise from any surface secreting epithelium and when malignant will invade neighboring tissue (in situ) such as squamous-columnar cervical juncture. A columnar cell papilloma when malignant, since being derived from glands, can be classified as such. Defined as a malignant tumor originating in the cervical glandular epithelium.

Adenocarcinoma Cervix -

Management includes colposcopy, endocervical sampling, endometrial sampling (symptomatic 35+ and over), and possibly diagnostic cone sampling interpreted by a high level cervical cytology pathologist. Pap smear efficiencies are attributed to this phenomenon. A significant rising prevalence of endocervical cancers of this type is exhibited although lower-grade cytology numbers have decreased.
