Cervical Cancer Pathology
Cervical cancer pathology is performed when an ASCUS pap is discovered, or a genital wart is found.
These methods determine the tumor’s size, depth of penetration, and spread within or beyond the cervix. This condition is determined by information that is obtained through: biopsy and the pathology reports, cystoscopy, abdominal ultrasound, computer tomography, and magnetic resonance imaging. The lower the stage, the better the person’s prognosis.

Cervical Cancer Pathology -

The tumor spreads to organs located near the cervix, such as the bladder or rectum and other parts of the body far from the cervix. The 4th period is the most advanced. The FIGO system classifies this condition into four basic periods, labeled 0 through 4. Cervical cancer pathology is performed when an ASCUS pap is discovered, or a genital wart is found.
