Cervical Cancer Testing
Cervical cancer testing is prudent when genital lesions, condyloma, or wart are present.
Serious stages of the disease are cured by surgical removing or destroying the pre-cancerous or cancerous tissue. Doctors try to do without removing the uterus so that a woman is capable of having children. In more advanced disease removal of the uterus is performed, with or without ovaries.
Cervical cancer testing is prudent when genital lesions, condyloma, or wart are present.

At more serious stages the disorder has clear symptoms which make the patient visit the doctor. Atypical cells in the cervix are detected with a Pap smear test. Various tests should be done to choose suitable methods of treatment. They depend on the type and size of tumor, the age and general health of the patient, and the desire for future childbearing.
