Cervical Neoplasia
Cervical neoplasia or dysplasia is new growth on the cervix and is usually caused by the HPV virus that causes the genital or penile wart and verruca.
Mild dysplasia is very common in women of all ages, but young women usually have the immune system strong enough to cope with it. Moderate and severe stages can easily turn into cancer. The symptoms of this disease are abnormal vaginal bleeding, smelly discharge and painful intercourses.

Dysplasia means disordered growth of the cells that form lining of the cervix. This condition is an “early-warning” precancerous stage and has no symptoms. Only Pap smear test can detect the problem, so every woman should be checked at least once a year.
