A Typical Cell Pap Smear
A typical cell pap smear can develop into genital wart, lichen sclerosus or cervical dysplasia with almost no symptoms.
When inflamed or irritated by exposure to infections, hormonal changes, or other diseases, impairment may take on an irregular form which is different to their normal appearance. Cervical cellular structure has a specific characteristic as unusual for the epithelial lining (outer layer) of the cervix.
A typical cell pap smear can develop into genital wart, lichen sclerosus or cervical dysplasia with almost no symptoms.

Cytology screening procedures aid in finding these early conditions while progression to more severe cases can be inhibited with noninvasive treatment methods. In nearly all of the cervical carcinoma cases HPV is clearly associated. When this condition is left untreated, a greater risk of developing cancer related ailments is heightened.
