Ascus Pap Smear
An ascus pap smear test means that the problem is minor, but a genital wart is a rather dangerous condition, which can lead to lichen sclerosus.
A Digene Hybrid Capture Test is particularly helpful in determining this disorder. Many pathologists will grade these as normal while others will grade them as abnormal. Defined as atypical squamous cells of undetermined significance, this term refers to the least abnormal grade. Usually, this condition is left untreated.
