Pap Smear Displacia
A pap smear displacia reading isn't affected by vulvar vestibulitis or other infections and the severity can be determined with a cone biopsy.
Mild stage of the disorder is not a true premalignant disease; it is just a tissue responding to the HPV virus. Moderate and severe stages should be treated immediately, because they can turn into cervical invasive cancer. The universal treatment against HPV has not been developed yet.

One of the most common causes of this condition is some types of Human papillomavirus, which is sexually transmitted. In young women it can be easily cured because of a strong immune system. Smoking and poor nutrition weaken the immune system and add to the risk.
