Cervical Surgery
Prior to a cervical surgery, a cervical exam must be performed, which could be facilitated by a presence of vaginitis.

Normal activities can be resumed immediately after the operation, avoidance of sexual intercourse is recommended for several weeks. Risks for such treatment are bleeding and infection. A repeated Pap smear should be done to ensure that the operation was successful. It’s effective at a minimum cost.
