Cervical Erosion
Cervical erosion (friable cervix) is a potential outcome of untreated cervical dysplasia caused by STD's such as herpes, HPV or syphillis.
The symptoms are: abnormal vagina bleeding, not associated with a menstrual period. It can be after sexual intercourse, between menstrual periods. But typically there are no symptoms. This condition usually treats on its own; the treatment is usually successful, although it may be an early sign of cancer.

The condition of a partial or complete absence of the squamous (surface of the cervix). The normal tissue is replaced by inflamed tissue, which is red and granular. This disorder can be caused by trauma (through intercourse, tampon or foreign objects insertion), infection (herpes, syphilis, tampons that were not removed), and chemicals. Cervical erosion (friable cervix) is a potential outcome of untreated cervical dysplasia caused by STD's such as herpes, HPV or syphillis.
