Freezing The Cervix
Freezing the cervix would not treat vaginosis, or lichen sclerosus.
The tissues are frozen to -20 degrees that is enough for malignancies killing. In the procedure non-toxic gases (nitrous oxide carbon dioxid) are used. Cryotherapy is a time proven ablative method of curing early stages of cervical dysplasia, which can be applied in outpatient settings.

Freezing The Cervix -
Vaginosis, Lichen Sclerosus
Injuries or complications are rare, there is a minimal chance of bleeding during or after the procedure, it is the least expensive treatment for CIN. It may be also used to treat HPV on the external genitalia for cosmetic purposes. Freezing the cervix would not treat vaginosis, or lichen sclerosus.
