Leep Cervix
In a procedure such as Leep, cervix tissue sample is taken to confirm Pap smear results for HPV related disorders.
The equipment for the procedure consists of generator that creates high-frequency low-voltage electric current, and an insulated thin wire loop. The procedure is used for the diagnosis of positive cervical cytology and for treatment of CIN grades II and III.
