Leap Therapy
Leap therapy, or LEEP procedure, can weaken the cervix and put the patient in danger of miscarriage, the leep procedure should also never be performed while the patient is pregnant.
The procedure is rather simple and practically painless and takes about 10 to 30 minutes. Side effects are rare. It allows the removed tissue to be examined by a pathologist to ensure that the lesion was completely removed and provide an accurate assessment.
